Terms & Conditions

Before you arrive Your arrival time for your event is 20 minutes prior to the start time shown to ensure that we have enough time to get everyone signed and fully kitted up with their race wear. All drivers for cadet karts (aged 9+ years) must have a minimum inside leg measurement of 140cm measured from the crotch to the base of the heal of the shoe. All drivers for adult karts (aged 12+ years) must have a minimum inside leg measurement of 150cm measured from the crotch to the base of the heal of the shoe. All drivers aged under 18 years old, must have an adult over the age of 18 to sign them in. Any drivers under 18 years old without an adult present, will be unable to race. We recommend drivers wear soft shoes. Trainers are ideal, open toe footwear and high heels are NOT ALLOWED! Fully sanitised personal race suits, helmets and gloves are all naturally provided, in a variety of sizes. Please note that drivers who bring their own helmets should be aware that we only accept ISO safety stamped full face helmets with clear visors or goggles. Spectators are welcome at no extra charge. Wearing a balaclava is now mandatory - You can rent free at the reception . If you're a seasoned karter, you’re welcome to bring your own race-wear and balaclava, subject to approval by our marshals.

Payment
Payments are non-refundable and the booking cannot be changed or transferred to a new date or time after 24 hours. If you are booking you can pay at the reception We accept cash or card payments.

Cancellation Policy
Payments remain non-refundable unless G1 Asia Gokart are unable to run your event or the cancellation made before 5 days by email.

Behaviour
The tracks all have the right to terminate, without notice your activity if your behaviour or that of any member in the booking is deemed as unsafe, violent, likely to cause damage, distress or annoyance to other clients, employees, property or anyone else. In this instance we will not be liable for any refunds, compensation or expenses. Being under the influence of drink or drugs is strictly forbidden for the indoor karting events and staff have the right to remove you from the event if they have any suspicion that you are under such influence. In this situation we will not be liable for any refunds, compensation or expenses.

Health and Safety
Go-Karting is not recommended for persons with heart problems, epilepsy or other conditions which may be affected by exertion (including pregnancy). Particularly tall, short or heavier drivers may have problems fitting into the karts. We recommend a maximum height of 2 meters and a maximum weight of 110 kg. Under no circumstances are alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances allowed on the premises. You will not be allowed to take part in an event if you have, or appear to have, consumed such substances.
